paintings for charity.

Spring is event season for me at work and fortunately, I’m in an environment now that seems to feed my creative spirit — which I love.

In early April, I painted a crab for our KEMOPALOOZA fundraiser at Edventure Children’s Museum. The painting sold for $240 and that money goes to help provide funding for CAMP KEMO Programs of Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital.

At the end of April, we held the McDaniels Golf Classic and Auction at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. In addition to helping put on the auction, I painted an elephant which sold for $380. Proceeds from that event go to benefit Palmetto Health Cancer Centers.
