berry good breakfast smoothie.

This morning I decided I needed a good (and light) breakfast knowing I have pure barre and a run ahead of me for today.

I knew I was going to have to try to make something up based on what I had in the fridge so I tried to google some quantities (how much of this/how much of that) to get an idea but ended up just making the whole thing up. Here’s what I fixed:

1 cup frozen mixed berries – My mix included blueberries and strawberries.
3/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 scoop Amazing Grace Green Superfood Berry Drink Powder
flax seeds – I just tipped the bag over in the blender until I was satisfied. Probably about a tablespoon.
4 ice cubes

It was so so good. I’ll definitely do it again as it was both simple and healthy and I always have the above ingredients on hand.
