cold remedies: self help edition.

For migraines:

1 pot boiling water.
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.

Boil water, add vinegar, put head over with towel for 10 minutes.

It took the buzz out of a what-was-at-that-point a 35 hour migraine.

For appetite:

Campbell’s tomato bisque soup + grilled cheese with tomato + grapes.
