Last night I headed to the gym with my favorite bride-to-be for quite the workout. Here’s what we did:

10 min on the elliptical at resistance 8

25 ball crunches

10 min on the treadmill at incline 1 – 1 min walking at 4.5, 30 second sprint at 8, repeat

25 ball crunches

10 min on bike at resistance 8

25 ball crunches

10 min on the treadmill at incline 1 – 1 min walking at 4.5, 30 second sprint at 8, repeat (we ran last 2 minutes at speed 6)

25 ball crunches

12 lateral pull downs (55 pounds)

12 seated rows (55 pounds)

12 push ups

12 ball crunches holding 10 pound dumbbell

Repeat (pull downs, seated rows, push ups, ball crunches) 4 times

Then we did the row machine.

During cardio I listened to the following 3 songs on repeat: Some Nights, We Are Young, and Stars by Fun. Um, SO GOOD FOR SPRINTING. Particularly Some Nights. Made me strive for speed.

Afterwards I came home and ate cheese and drank green tea. Speaking of, yesterday I went to Starbucks and instead of getting an iced or hot chai, I went with some long leaf green tea and a Naked Berry Blast.

I had the Naked Berry Blast for “breakfast” this morning and I can’t wait to buy some more. It’s low sodium, low calorie, and contains the following ingredients: apple juice, banana puree, strawberry puree, blackberry puree, raspberry puree, and other natural flavors.
